I have found the experience at Happy Smiles has been amazing. The staff is always polite and courtious and has the patients well being at forfront. The Doctor is very professional and even takes the time to explain all procedures and follows up at night with a personal call to find out how you are doing.

I always appreciate Kim's wonderful "chairside manner" (including her reassuring explanations of what she's doing and intermittent soothing melodic humming)--and of course her technical skill and professional support with my periodontal care. Looking forward to my next visit in three months.

I was met in the waiting area by Dr. Pannaganti and she gave me a big hug and called me by name. This personal touch is what one gets when being treated at Happy Smiles. The staff is very professional. They work to a high standard. I trust them with my oral health and will continue to be their patient even though I am moving to downtown St. Pete. They are worth the drive.

I have received the best care from Kim that I have ever had in a dental office. She is caring and professional and kindly answers all my questions. All the staff is very friendly, too, and there is an air of calmness in the office environment.
My experience with this dental office has been excellent. Dr. Ponnaganti, as well as her exceptional staff, have made going to the dentist a very pleasant experience. Give them the opportunity to show you!
I am a huge chicken. They took their time, explained everything to me. Didn't rush me. Stopped when I needed to. They even called that night to follow up and see how I was. I've never had a dentist do that before. They called in a prescription within seconds of getting the pharmacy number. I am so very impressed. Even in the waiting room, they greeted each person by name and knew them by sight. This practice is not a revolving door type of office. I feel safe and cared for.

I went in for a root canal. The needle is my worst fear. Dr. P did just an amazing job I barely felt it. they always take their time. I never feel rushed. They always follow up with a call when I get home. I love you guys!

They are always pleasant. Dr. Ponaganti alays makes sure the needles are as painless as possible. They get you in right away if you have a problem. i totally trust them.
Every time I go I am greeted by name. The staff is highly professional and very caring. I love Dr. P. She's the only one who will ever freeze my mouth. I have complete and utter trust in everyone there. I highly recommend them to anyone, including chickens like me.

Best shot of novocaine ever :-) I'm a bit nervous when I have to have work down on the top front part of my mouth but in all honesty I hardly felt the needle go in. Everyone was very friendly and professional, I can sincerely recommend.
Office is staff is welcoming and efficient. The office is clean and everyone is professional. I always feel that my smile is in good hands and the experience refreshing. Love the email and telephone reminders for my appointments. Know that if my dental needs change I can count on great care.

I have been going to Dr. Ponnaganti ever since I was little! I love it there. They got a new hygenist a few years ago and she does a really good job!
